RS Active is a business operated by RS Rewards Club Pty Ltd.

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of RS Rewards Club memberships, RS Active memberships, digital platforms, member benefits, fitness services, events, partner offers, promotional activities and related services provided by RS Rewards Club Pty Ltd ("RS Rewards", "we", "us" or "our").

By purchasing, activating, accessing or using a membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

PART A – MEMBERSHIP PLATFORM TERMS

1. ABOUT RS REWARDS

1.1 RS Rewards is a membership-based lifestyle, rewards, fitness and experiences platform.

1.2 Membership may provide access to various benefits including:

• Member discounts and partner offers;

• Fitness and wellness programs;

• RS Active coaching and training services;

• Nutrition guidance and educational content;

• Mobile applications and digital tools;

• Community events and social experiences;

• Sporting, entertainment and VIP experiences;

• Member challenges and campaigns;

• Merchandise offers;

• Exclusive member content;

• Travel and accommodation offers;

• Promotional activities and trade promotions.

• Member supermarket and wholesale-style shopping benefits;

• Grocery, household and retail purchasing discounts;

• Member rewards draws;

• Daily $1,000 member prize opportunities;

• The Vault weekly rewards program;

• Marvel Stadium corporate box experiences;

• Exclusive sporting and VIP experiences;

• Member-only event access;

1.3 Promotional activities form only a minor component of the overall RS Rewards membership offering.

1.4 The primary purpose of membership is to provide access to discounts, fitness services, rewards, experiences, events, partner benefits and digital membership services.

1.5 Benefits may vary between membership types and may change from time to time.

2. MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY

2.1 Membership is available to individuals aged 18 years or older unless otherwise specified.

2.2 Members must provide accurate and current information when creating an account.

2.3 Members are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials.

2.4 Memberships are personal and may not be transferred, sold or shared without our written approval.

3. MEMBERSHIP FEES, BILLING AND RENEWALS

3.1 Membership fees are payable in accordance with the pricing displayed at the time of purchase.

3.2 Membership subscriptions may be offered on weekly, monthly, annual or other billing cycles.

3.3 By purchasing a recurring membership, you authorise RS Rewards to automatically process future payments using your nominated payment method.

3.4 Membership renewals will continue until cancelled by the member or terminated by RS Rewards.

3.5 If payment fails, RS Rewards may:

• Retry payment processing;

• Suspend membership benefits;

• Restrict account access;

• Cancel the membership.

3.6 Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

3A. SUBSCRIPTION AUTHORISATION

3A.1 By purchasing a recurring membership, the member authorises RS Rewards Club Pty Ltd and its payment providers to automatically debit the nominated payment method for all applicable membership fees and charges.

3A.2 The member is responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available at the time of each scheduled payment.

3A.3 If a payment fails, RS Rewards may attempt to process the payment again within a reasonable period.

3A.4 The member remains responsible for any outstanding fees incurred prior to cancellation or termination.

3A.5 RS Rewards may use third-party payment processors to facilitate payments and does not store complete payment card details except where permitted by law and necessary for business operations.

3A.6 Membership pricing may be amended from time to time. Where required by law, reasonable notice of any pricing changes will be provided before the changes take effect.

3A.7 Continued membership after a notified pricing change constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.

3B. CANCELLATION AND COOLING-OFF PERIOD

3B.1 Members may cancel their membership at any time through their online account, by contacting customer support, or through another method approved by RS Rewards.

3B.2 Cancellation will prevent future recurring charges but does not entitle the member to a refund for fees already paid, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

3B.3 Unless otherwise specified, membership benefits will continue until the end of the current paid billing period following cancellation.

3B.4 New members may be entitled to a cooling-off period where required by applicable legislation.

3B.5 During any applicable cooling-off period, a member may cancel their membership and receive a refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

3B.6 RS Rewards may deduct the value of benefits already redeemed, goods supplied, services provided, or promotional offers utilised during any applicable cooling-off period to the extent permitted by law.

3B.7 No refunds will be provided for:

• Change of mind;

• Failure to use membership benefits;

• Failure to attend events;

• Failure to redeem partner offers;

• Failure to access available content or services,

except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

3B.8 Nothing in this section limits or excludes any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.

4. MEMBER BENEFITS

4.1 Membership benefits may include discounts, wholesale shopping benefits, retail savings, offers, rewards, experiences, events, digital products, coaching services and promotional opportunities.

4.2 Benefits may vary based on membership tier, location, availability and partner participation.

4.3 Benefits may be amended, suspended, substituted or withdrawn at any time.

4.4 RS Rewards does not guarantee the availability of any specific benefit.

4.5 Benefits have no cash value unless expressly stated.

4A. MEMBER MARKETPLACE AND SUPERMARKET BENEFITS

4A.1 RS Rewards may operate the RS Rewards Supermarket, being an online or physical member marketplace, supermarket, retail outlet or purchasing platform ("RS Rewards Supermarket").

4A.2 Active members may receive access to discounted, wholesale, promotional or member-exclusive pricing on selected products and services.

4A.3 Product availability, pricing, quantities and purchase limits may vary from time to time.

4A.4 Member Marketplace pricing and savings are offered as a membership benefit and may be amended, suspended or withdrawn at any time.

4A.5 All purchases are subject to product availability and applicable consumer laws.

4A.6 Product descriptions, images and pricing are provided for general information purposes and may contain errors or omissions.

4A.7 RS Rewards reserves the right to limit quantities, refuse transactions, correct pricing errors and cancel orders where necessary.

4A.8 Eligible purchases may provide access to promotional opportunities conducted by RS Rewards from time to time.

4A.9 Promotional opportunities are ancillary to the underlying purchase and membership benefits.

4A.10 The primary purpose of purchases made through the RS Rewards Supermarket is the acquisition of products at discounted member pricing and access to member savings.

4A.11 The primary purpose of purchases made through the Member Marketplace is the acquisition of products at discounted member pricing.

5. RS ACTIVE FITNESS AND WELLNESS SERVICES

5.1 RS Active may provide fitness programs, exercise plans, coaching services, educational content, nutrition information, challenges and wellness initiatives.

5.2 All fitness, nutrition and wellness content is general information only.

5.3 RS Active does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or healthcare services.

5.4 Members should consult a qualified healthcare professional before commencing any exercise, training, nutrition or wellness program.

5.5 Members participate in all fitness-related activities at their own risk.

6. HEALTH AND FITNESS DISCLAIMER

6.1 Participation in physical activities carries inherent risks including injury, illness, disability or death.

6.2 By participating in any RS Rewards or RS Active activity, members acknowledge and accept those risks.

6.3 Members warrant that they are physically capable of participating in activities they undertake.

6.4 To the maximum extent permitted by law, RS Rewards excludes liability arising from participation in fitness, sporting, recreational or wellness activities.

6.5 Members must immediately cease participation and seek medical advice if they experience pain, injury, dizziness or any adverse health symptoms.

7. MOBILE APP, WEBSITE AND DIGITAL SERVICES

7.1 RS Rewards may provide mobile applications, websites, member portals and digital services.

7.2 We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or continuous access.

7.3 Scheduled maintenance, upgrades, technical issues or third-party outages may impact service availability.

7.4 Members must not:

• Attempt unauthorised access;

• Interfere with platform security;

• Upload malicious software;

• Use services unlawfully;

• Impersonate another person.

7.5 RS Rewards may suspend or terminate access for misuse.

8. EVENTS, EXPERIENCES AND SOCIAL ACTIVITIES

8.1 RS Rewards may conduct events including:

• Social nights;

• Networking events;

• Fitness events;

• Sporting experiences;

• VIP experiences;

• Entertainment experiences;

• Community activities;

• Partner-hosted events.

8.2 Event places may be limited and are not guaranteed.

8.3 Members must comply with venue rules, applicable laws and reasonable directions from staff.

8.4 RS Rewards reserves the right to refuse entry or remove attendees whose conduct is unsafe, disruptive, abusive or unlawful.

8.5 Alcohol service remains subject to Responsible Service of Alcohol laws and venue policies.

8.6 Active members may be offered access to member-only events, experiences, networking functions, social gatherings, sporting events and promotional events conducted by RS Rewards.

8.7 Access to events may be limited by venue capacity, membership tier, geographic location, availability or other eligibility requirements determined by RS Rewards.

8.8 Event access is not guaranteed and may be offered on a first-come, first-served basis or through a selection process determined by RS Rewards.

8.9 RS Rewards reserves the right to modify, postpone, relocate or cancel any event at its discretion.

8A. MARVEL STADIUM EXPERIENCES

8A.1 RS Rewards may provide eligible members with access to Marvel Stadium corporate box experiences and other premium sporting experiences from time to time.

8A.2 Access may be limited and subject to availability.

8A.3 Access may be allocated through member promotions, invitations, applications, competitions, membership tiers or other methods determined by RS Rewards.

8A.4 Attendance at Marvel Stadium or other sporting events remains subject to venue rules, ticketing conditions and applicable laws.

8A.5 RS Rewards does not guarantee availability of any specific sporting event, match, seating allocation or experience.

9. RUN CLUBS, CHALLENGES AND MEMBER ACTIVITIES

9.1 RS Rewards may conduct run clubs, fitness challenges, referral campaigns, leaderboard competitions and member participation programs.

9.2 Participation is voluntary and at the participant's own risk.

9.3 RS Rewards may verify participation data and disqualify participants for fraud, manipulation, cheating or misconduct.

9.4 Decisions relating to challenge outcomes are final.

10. PARTNER OFFERS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

10.1 Many membership benefits are supplied by independent third-party partners.

10.2 RS Rewards does not control partner businesses.

10.3 Partner offers may be amended, suspended or withdrawn without notice.

10.4 RS Rewards is not responsible for:

• Product availability;

• Stock shortages;

• Booking availability;

• Service interruptions;

• Venue closures;

• Business insolvency;

• Third-party conduct.

10.5 Disputes regarding partner products or services should be directed to the relevant provider.

11. MEMBER CONDUCT

11.1 Members must behave respectfully and lawfully.

11.2 Members must not:

• Harass, threaten or abuse others;

• Engage in fraudulent activity;

• Misuse membership benefits;

• Manipulate promotions;

• Provide false information;

• Engage in unlawful conduct.

11.3 RS Rewards may suspend or terminate memberships immediately where misconduct occurs.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

12.1 All content, materials, branding, videos, training programs, coaching materials, graphics, software and intellectual property remain the property of RS Rewards or its licensors.

12.2 Members receive a limited, non-transferable licence to access content for personal use.

12.3 Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or commercially exploited without written consent.

13. PHOTOGRAPHY, FILMING AND MEDIA

13.1 Events may be photographed, recorded or livestreamed.

13.2 By attending events, members consent to the use of their image, likeness, voice and appearance in promotional materials, social media, advertising and marketing.

13.3 Members who do not wish to appear should notify event staff.

13.4 RS Rewards will take reasonable steps to accommodate requests where practical.

14. PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES

14.1 From time to time, RS Rewards may make available optional promotional activities, member campaigns, competitions or trade promotions.

14.2 Participation in promotional activities is voluntary.

14.3 Any promotional activity will be governed by its own Promotion Schedule and applicable laws.

14.4 Promotional activities form only a minor component of the overall RS Rewards membership offering.

14.5 Eligibility requirements, geographic restrictions and regulatory exclusions may apply to individual promotions and will be disclosed in the relevant Promotion Schedule.

14.6 Certain major trade promotions may exclude residents of New South Wales (NSW), South Australia (SA), the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) and the Northern Territory (NT) where required for regulatory, licensing or operational reasons. Any such restrictions will be clearly disclosed in the relevant Promotion Schedule.

14A. DAILY MEMBER REWARDS DRAW

14A.1 RS Rewards may conduct Daily Member Rewards Draws as an ongoing membership benefit.

14A.2 Each Daily Member Rewards Draw constitutes a separate and independent promotion.

14A.3 Participation is subject to the Daily Member Rewards Draw Promotion Schedule.

14A.4 Daily Member Rewards Draws form part of the overall membership benefits offered by RS Rewards.

14A.5 RS Rewards reserves the right to amend, suspend or discontinue Daily Member Rewards Draws at any time.

14A.6 Prize values, eligibility requirements, draw periods and participation criteria may vary from time to time and will be specified in the applicable Promotion Schedule.

14B. THE VAULT

14B.1 RS Rewards may operate a member-exclusive rewards program known as The Vault.

14B.2 Each weekly The Vault Draw constitutes a separate and independent promotion.

14B.3 Participation in The Vault is subject to The Vault Promotion Schedule.

14B.4 The Vault forms part of the overall membership benefits offered by RS Rewards.

14B.5 RS Rewards reserves the right to amend, suspend or discontinue The Vault at any time.

14B.6 Eligibility requirements, participation criteria, draw periods and prize details will be specified in the applicable Promotion Schedule.

15. LIABILITY

15.1 To the extent permitted by law, RS Rewards excludes liability for indirect, consequential, incidental or special losses.

15.2 RS Rewards is not liable for losses arising from:

• Event attendance;

• Fitness participation;

• Partner services;

• Travel arrangements;

• Digital platform outages;

• Promotional participation;

• Third-party conduct.

15.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.

16. PRIVACY

16.1 RS Rewards collects, stores and uses personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

16.2 Members consent to receiving communications relating to membership benefits, events, promotions and services.

17. CHANGES TO TERMS

17.1 RS Rewards may amend these Terms at any time.

17.2 Updated Terms will become effective when published on our website.

17.3 Continued use of membership services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

18. TERMINATION

18.1 Members may cancel their membership in accordance with applicable cancellation procedures.

18.2 RS Rewards may terminate or suspend membership where:

• Payments remain outstanding;

• Fraud is suspected;

• Terms are breached;

• Misconduct occurs;

• Required by law.

18.3 Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations.

18.4 Where a membership is terminated due to fraud, chargeback abuse, manipulation of promotions, misuse of benefits, unlawful conduct or material breach of these Terms, the member may immediately forfeit access to all membership benefits, promotional participation rights, rewards balances, event access and associated privileges.

18.5 RS Rewards reserves the right to recover losses, costs, fees and damages arising from fraudulent activity, chargeback abuse or misuse of membership benefits.

19. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

19.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or right that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

20. GOVERNING LAW

20.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

20.2 The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

PART B – PROMOTION SCHEDULES

Each individual promotion conducted by RS Rewards Club Pty Ltd will be governed by a separate Promotion Schedule.

Each Promotion Schedule will specify:

• Promotion period;

• Prize details;

• Entry method;

• Eligibility requirements;

• Geographic restrictions;

• Draw procedures;

• Winner notification processes;

• Redraw procedures;

• Prize conditions;

• Regulatory disclosures;

• Any state-based exclusions.

In the event of any inconsistency between Part A and a Promotion Schedule, the Promotion Schedule prevails in relation to that specific promotion.

PART B – DAILY MEMBER REWARDS DRAW PROMOTION SCHEDULE

1. PROMOTION NAME

RS Rewards Daily Member Rewards Draw

2. PROMOTION STRUCTURE

2.1 The RS Rewards Daily Member Rewards Draw consists of a series of separate and independent daily trade promotions conducted by RS Rewards Club Pty Ltd.

2.2 Each calendar day constitutes a separate promotion.

2.3 Active members whose membership remains active and in good standing will automatically be entered into each Daily Member Rewards Draw.

2.4 Each Daily Member Rewards Draw is governed by this Promotion Schedule.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD

3.1 Each Daily Member Rewards Draw opens at 12:01am AEST (or AEDT where applicable) on the relevant calendar day.

3.2 Each Daily Member Rewards Draw closes at 7:59pm AEST (or AEDT where applicable) on the same calendar day.

4. PRIZE

4.1 One cash prize of $1,000 AUD will be awarded for each Daily Member Rewards Draw.

4.2 Prize payments will be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT) following successful verification of the winner.

5. ELIGIBILITY

5.1 Entry is open to active RS Rewards members aged 18 years or over.

5.2 Eligible members residing in Australia may participate in the Promotion.

5.3 The Promotion is intended to operate Australia-wide, subject to any applicable laws, permits, regulatory requirements or restrictions.

5.4 Employees, contractors and immediate family members of RS Rewards Club Pty Ltd are not eligible.

5.5 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the identity, age, residential address, membership status and eligibility of any participant.

6. HOW TO ENTER

6.1 Active RS Rewards members are automatically entered into each Daily Member Rewards Draw while their membership remains active and in good standing.

6.2 No separate action is required to enter.

6.3 Membership must remain active and in good standing at the time the daily promotion closes and at the time of prize verification in order for a member to be eligible to win.

6.4 Each eligible active member will receive one entry unless otherwise specified by the Promoter.

6.5 Additional entries may be allocated through membership benefits, promotional activities, qualifying purchases, supermarket purchases or other activities specified by the Promoter from time to time.

7. DRAW

7.1 One winner will be selected for each Daily Member Rewards Draw.

7.2 The draw will occur at approximately 7:00pm AEST (or AEDT where applicable) each calendar day.

7.3 Draws will be conducted electronically.

7.4 Each valid entry has an equal chance of being selected.

7.5 Entry into the Promotion does not guarantee that a member will win a prize.

8. WINNER PUBLICATION AND CLAIM PROCESS

8.1 Following the draw, the selected winner's first name, surname initial, username, membership number or other identifying details determined by the Promoter may be published within the RS Rewards mobile application, member dashboard, website or other official communication channels.

8.1A Winner announcements published within the RS Rewards mobile application, member dashboard or website constitute official notification of the draw result.

8.2 It is the responsibility of members to monitor the RS Rewards mobile application, member dashboard and official communication channels to determine whether they have been selected as a winner.

8.3 To claim the prize, the selected winner must contact the Promoter within seven (7) calendar days of publication of the winner announcement.

8.4 Before a prize is awarded, the selected winner must complete all verification requirements requested by the Promoter.

8.5 Verification may include proof of identity, age, residential address, membership status, eligibility and bank account ownership.

8.6 Failure to contact the Promoter within the claim period may result in forfeiture of the prize.

8.7 Where a prize is forfeited or remains unclaimed, the Promoter may conduct a redraw or award the prize to a reserve winner.

8.8 The Promoter may, but is not obliged to, attempt to contact the selected winner using the contact details associated with their account.

8.9 Failure by the Promoter to contact a selected winner does not invalidate the draw, alter the published winner announcement, extend the applicable claim period or remove the winner's obligation to claim the prize within the period specified in this Promotion Schedule.

9. GENERAL

9.1 Daily Member Rewards Draws form part of the membership benefits offered by RS Rewards.

9.2 RS Rewards reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Daily Member Rewards Draw at any time.

9.3 This Promotion Schedule applies to each individual Daily Member Rewards Draw conducted by RS Rewards Club Pty Ltd.

9.4 Nothing in this Promotion Schedule excludes any rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

PART C – THE VAULT WEEKLY REWARDS DRAW PROMOTION SCHEDULE

1. PROMOTION NAME

The Vault Weekly Rewards Draw

2. PROMOTION STRUCTURE

2.1 The Vault consists of a series of separate and independent weekly trade promotions conducted by RS Rewards Club Pty Ltd.

2.2 Each weekly draw constitutes a separate promotion.

2.3 Active members whose membership remains active and in good standing throughout successive weekly promotion periods will automatically be entered into each applicable weekly The Vault Draw.

2.4 Each weekly draw is governed by this Promotion Schedule.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD

3.1 Each weekly promotion opens at 3:00pm AEST (or AEDT where applicable) on the Monday immediately following the previous draw.

3.2 Each weekly promotion closes at 3:59pm AEST (or AEDT where applicable) on Sunday.

4. PRIZES

4.1 Weekly prizes may include cash prizes, merchandise, event tickets, sporting experiences, travel experiences, partner products, VIP experiences, exclusive member benefits and other rewards determined by RS Rewards.

4.2 The total prize pool for any individual The Vault Weekly Rewards Draw will not exceed $2,999 AUD.

4.3 Prize details and values will be published prior to each draw.

4.4 RS Rewards reserves the right to determine the nature, value and quantity of prizes offered in each weekly draw, provided the total prize pool for that weekly draw does not exceed $2,999 AUD.

5. ELIGIBILITY

5.1 Entry is open to active RS Rewards members aged 18 years or over.

5.2 Eligible members residing in Australia may participate in the Promotion.

5.3 The Promotion is intended to operate Australia-wide, subject to any applicable laws, permits, regulatory requirements or restrictions.

5.4 Employees, contractors and immediate family members of RS Rewards Club Pty Ltd are not eligible.

5.5 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the identity, age, residential address, membership status and eligibility of any participant.

6. HOW TO ENTER

6.1 Active RS Rewards members are automatically entered into each weekly The Vault Rewards Draw while their membership remains active and in good standing.

6.2 No separate action is required to enter.

4.5 False or misleading information may result in disqualification.

5. HOW TO ENTER

5.1 Eligible entrants may receive entries into the Promotion by purchasing eligible Access

Packages that provide access to the RS Rewards portal, member benefits and shopping tools

during the Promotion Period.

5.2 Eligible entrants may also receive entries through the purchase of RS Rewards memberships

during the Promotion Period.

5.3 Eligible entrants may receive entries through the purchase of merchandise offered via the RS

Rewards website, online store, retail locations or approved promotional channels.

5.4 Eligible entrants may receive entries through promotional activities or other qualifying methods

specified by the Promoter during the Promotion Period.

5.5 The number of entries allocated to each qualifying purchase, membership, product or

promotional activity will be displayed, advertised or otherwise communicated at the time of

participation.

5.6 Entries are only valid once payment has been successfully received and all applicable eligibility

requirements have been satisfied.

5.7 Refunded, reversed, disputed, cancelled, charge-backed or fraudulent transactions may result

in associated entries being voided and removed from the Promotion.

5.8 The Promoter reserves the right to reject, invalidate or remove any entry reasonably believed to

have been obtained through fraud, manipulation, abuse or breach of these Terms and Conditions.

6. DRAW

Location: RS Rewards HQ, 12 Lieber Grove, Carrum Downs VIC 32016.1 The draw will be conducted

electronically.

6.2 Reserve winners may be drawn.

6.3 The draw result is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6.4 The draw will be broadcast live via RS Rewards social media channels.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION

7.1 Winners will be contacted using the contact details associated with their entry.

7.2 Winners may be contacted by phone, email, SMS, direct message or other reasonable

communication methods.

7.3 Winners may also be announced during livestream broadcasts, on social media platforms

and/or on the Promoter's website.

7.4 Winner information may be published where required by law.

7.5 Before a prize is awarded, the winner may be required to provide proof of identity, age,

residential address, eligibility and bank account ownership (for cash prizes).

7.6 Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by the Promoter may

result in forfeiture of the prize.

8. REDRAW

8.1 If a prize remains unclaimed, forfeited or cannot be awarded, a redraw may be conducted.

9. PRIZE CONDITIONS

9.1 Winner's Choice – winner may choose between the advertised vehicle and caravan package

and advertised cash alternative.

9.2 Cash Prize – paid by EFT following verification requirements.

9.3 Physical Prize – awarded substantially as advertised. Substitute prize of equal or greater value

may be provided if required.

9.4 Transfer and Ownership – winner must provide documentation required for transfer and comply

with legal ownership requirements. Ongoing ownership costs are the winner's responsibility unless

stated otherwise.

9.5 Delivery – collection or delivery at the Promoter's discretion.

9.6 Acceptance of Prize – risk and ownership pass upon delivery or collection.9.7 Non-Transferable – prizes are not transferable except where a cash alternative is expressly

offered.

9.8 Prize Values – values may fluctuate after publication.

10. DISQUALIFICATION

10.1 The Promoter may disqualify entrants who breach Terms, provide false information, engage in

fraud, manipulate the entry process, gain unfair advantage, engage in chargeback abuse or act

unlawfully.

10.2 Associated entries may be removed from the Promotion.

11. PUBLICITY

11.1 By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activity

requested by the Promoter including photographs, interviews, video content and social media

content without additional compensation except where prohibited by law.

11.2 Winners may decline participation where required by law.

Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta, Google or any other social media platform unless

13. LIABILITY

13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for lost entries,

technical malfunctions, communication failures, platform interruptions, supplier delays or

circumstances beyond its control.

13.2 Nothing excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.

13.3 The Promoter may modify, suspend, postpone or cancel the Promotion subject to applicable

laws if circumstances beyond reasonable control occur.
